Welcome to South-West Denver Living in my 2 bedroom 1 bath condo! I hope you find this location to be quiet in location but quick to the best parts of Denver and Surrounding Neighborhoods. Being right off 285 west side is within a 20min drive to get in and outside the city. Then if you want to head to the mountains you can be on HWY 285 for 10minutes west and start hitting the smaller mountain towns or 20minutes north to hit I70 and head west to the start of the larger mountain towns, resorts and beyond. So here you can have the best of both worlds. The South Foothills offer many outdoor recreation from walking, hiking, biking, water sports, and concert venues. The heart of Denver with many family friendly to night owl fun can be within a 20-30minute drive. If you are looking to explore north or east side neighborhoods you are looking at 40minute drives but they are worth the visits as well.

This is a top story unit with a deck and stairs to enter. It is located in the back corner of the condo complex and has only foot traffic for those that live in the back or delivery services. It is a quiet unit with families and single people ranging from their 30's-70's. There is a small 2 chair outdoor patio set that is covered most of the year to protect it from the weather. There is a Wyze doorbell at the front door for deliveries. Inside you will find a small coat closet and snow shovels. When you enter the condo you will be greeted to the living and dining room area in bright colors and pictures. There is a wall mount for a bicycle if you plan on some outdoor adventuring. I have a smart TV, back-up Roku stick and DVD player with a small collection of movies to choose from. There is an Insignia Sound system for the TV and a separate Mighty Rock Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped for the lazy to pro cooks and bakers. There is enough tableware for four people. The two bedrooms are cozy for anyone. There are new windows in the unit and blackout currents in them as well. The bathroom has the essentials for you but please bring you own toiletries because I know everyone has a different skin care and wash routines. Washer and dryer in unit. As for what comes in the unit on a cleaning basis I try to stock planet friendly cleaning products when I can. I have dissolvable washer sheets for the laundry and box detergent for the dishwasher. As for hand soap I have tablets that dissolve for hand washing. I know each person has different product preference so please bring what works for you.
