Property is former motel with several cabins and has a park like setting along the watershed. Easy access parking off the highway, seven minutes to downtown Boulder with real mountain living and excellent fishing, wonderful bird watching, and bears to big cats prowling thru all year long. Currently it is bears almost daily. Rent includes heat and electric, water and trash. Long term rental with month to month terms. Laundry on site.
