The kitchenette includes a cozy sitting area. There is a large room (could be used as the bedroom or living room) and a cozy room (would make a cute bedroom, office, guest space or yoga room). This third floor suite looks and feels like a separate, private apartment but is actually a “separate living space” in my home which is approved by the city to rent. The entire suite is yours to enjoy while I live below in the second floor apartment. This space is finished with high end carpeting, light fixtures and designer switch plates. Some furnishings (antiques as well as Fly By Night furniture) are available and negotiable. In the unlikely event of a fire, one of your exits would be through my space, so I would like to rent to 1 or 2 people who are quiet, clear and direct communicators and interested in building community while living separate lives and respecting each other’s privacy. During the growing season, help yourself to blueberries and strawberries from the garden and giant, juicy blackberries right from the vine climbing up the front porch! There is sunny garden space that we can share and a lovely, spacious backyard. The house is a 12 minute walk to town and in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 2 minutes from an exit to 91 for easy access to airports and area colleges.
