We will check financial obligations and history, including timely payment of rent, outstanding judgments and late payment of bills. 5.) The apartment must have enough bedroom space to accommodate the applicant's household, according to all applicable codes. 6.) Management has the right to deny any applicant or occupant based on criminal history. 7.) Applicants must have no prior evictions.
