About 3709 W Steeplechase Way Williamsburg, VA 23188
This is a sublet for the remainder our our lease (1/7/17-7/17/17.) We have loved living in this apartment, but our circumstances have changed and we must leave. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Multiple people could live here comfortably, probably a maximum of 4 with 2 per room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and range. Laundry is in the unit for additional convenience. There is also a wood-burning fireplace and a balcony. We have paid the pet fee so any furry friends should be welcome. The community features a dog park, a pool, a fitness center, and a tanning bed. The bedrooms are both of decent size, each with a walk-in closet. There is a linen closet as well and some extra storage space in the water heater closet. *The pictures are of this floor plan's model unit. The only significant differences between this unit and the model is that we have full carpeting and the sink is single compartment rather than double.
