The open loft area provides additional seating for enjoying movies or games with the family. The large upstairs master bedroom features a double vanity and a huge shower. Arcade games and a pool table in the garage guarantee extra fun for all. The charcoal grill is free upon request and must be requested prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it is recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire house, and the driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Overflow parking is available about 250 feet down the street, but no street parking is allowed. The garage is not available for parking. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost, but if you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost. There is a pet fee of $150 per pet, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
