This is a great bungalow style house in a really good neighborhood. Kitchen has great light with two windows. Main living room and dining room also benefit from tons of light through the oversized windows. Plenty of space in the yard for a dog to run around! The stairway into the basement is steep and has a low clearance (~5 ft). The basement ceiling height varies from 6-6.5 ft high. House has smart locks on all exterior doors, including the garage. Garage is a two car garage. Smart Rachio Sprinkler system also installed. 5 min wall to all the bars and restaurants on Tennyson and 12 min walk to highland square shops and restaurants.
