About 300 yards down a trail is a fifteen-acre Pineridge Park, complete with a great playground as well as basketball & tennis courts. Applicants must make 2x the rent in verifiable net household income. A credit score of 600+ is preferred. No previous evictions or collections for unpaid rent. We are not 420 friendly. A criminal background check will be completed for each adult applicant. We accept pets with a pet deposit of $300/animal and pet rent of $35/month per animal. We abide by the Fair Housing Act. Applications will be processed in a timely manner and will be selected based on income, credit score, references, and rental history.
