Located just a mile from Dollywood and the Parkway, this townhome is perfect for a weekend trip, family vacation, or exploring the area. Situated in the heart of Pigeon Forge, it's less than 2 miles from Dollywood and a 20-minute drive to Gatlinburg, offering endless attractions for everyone. This townhome features a king bed, two bunk beds each with a twin over a full, and a queen sofa bed, accommodating up to ten guests. With 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi, you'll feel at home. Enjoy access to one of three propane grills in the common area and the indoor pool open year-round. The living room includes a queen pullout sleeper sofa and SmartTV for streaming. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, basic cookware, a stove and oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and washer/dryer. Upstairs, find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. While staying here, visit the Old Mill Square or the Pigeon Forge “Island”. The Old Mill Square, centered on a large wooden gristmill, is pet-friendly and designed to resemble its 18th- and 19th-century origins. The plaza features shops and restaurants in charming colonial buildings. Whether visiting Dollywood, catching a dinner show, or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, there's plenty to explore. Key locations nearby include Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country, Old Forge Distillery, Titanic Museum, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Dining options include The Old Mill Restaurant, Local Goat, TimberWood Grill, and Mama’s Farmhouse. Guests will have full and private access to their townhome, with shared spaces including parking, an indoor pool, and an outdoor grilling area. A contact-free, fully automated check-in process is provided with a digital door code. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found, cleaning costs will be charged. The hot tub in the pool area is not operational and is not listed as an amenity. Driving is recommended for ease of access, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area. The townhome offers free Wi-Fi, making it convenient for remote work.
