Minimum combined average credit score of 600 required. A lower credit score may be accepted but is based on credit report details (see application instructions for details). Pets not permitted. This is a non-smoking unit. A mandatory additional $29/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes resident portal access, keyless unit access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits. A non-refundable move-in report fee of $150.00 is required at the time of move-in. A valid renters insurance policy is also required prior to occupancy. All application fees are non-refundable once submitted. There is no charge for credit screening reports run by our office. Our application fee covers staff labor cost to process and score your application. Hence, our policy is that once an application is paid for and submitted to our office to start processing, the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
