About This Property
Please read the full post and answer the six questions in the end! Attention: Single bedroom with shared bathroom with 1 renter, NO pets allowed. I want to rent out one furnished (futon bed, chairs, and folding table) or unfurnished bedroom inside a 3B2B townhouse located at Gatewood Dr, Port Orange, FL. The rent would be $850. First, last and $1000 security deposit. The internet, water, and electricity bills will be split by the persons living in the house. On average for three people, each one pays $90 per month. The house is 13 minutes from the ERAU. The lease will be one year long with a month’s notice before moving out. You can also sign a month-to-month lease with a higher rental. The lease may be renewed. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, and I am looking for who enjoy a clean quiet house. Currently, I (owner) live in the master bedroom with a bathroom attached to it. It is ideal for ERAU employee/student because I am a full-time faculty there! In the house, there is another Chinese male MBA student studying at ERAU. You two will share a bathroom. The house has a new dishwasher, washer and dryer, and fridge. If you are interested, please reply with some basic information about yourself: 1. Legal name (Shown on your driver's license) 2. Occupation and income 3. Length at current employer & employer name 4. Confirmed one renter, 5. Confirmed no pets, 6. Desired move in date. Thanks, Dr. Jin
