That means your new home won't smell like old cat pee. Nonsmokers are preferred, but it's not a deal-breaker. No smoking inside the building, please. Rent is $999/month, with a damage deposit of $999. A $35(nonrefundable) application fee is required to perform a background check for all potential residents (that means you don't have to worry about your new neighbors, and they don't have to worry about you).
