Park Manor is an apartment building, with just 16 friendly units. Laundry facilities are on-site, and storage units are available. You will also get an off-street assigned parking space. At approximately 700 square feet, cozy best describes your new home. New paint, New carpeting, new appliances (gas stove), new flooring, lots of closet space, and your new pad even has its own forced-air heating and hot water heater. No more getting up at 4am in order to take a hot shower! No more banging on the "radiator pipes" when you're cold! We are a quiet community, we choose to do our noisy socializing at one of the local venues. That means you don't have to listen to some ridiculous party all night (that you weren't even invited to). We have a private, fenced, socializing/barbecue area out back, perfect for Spring/Summer/Fall get-togethers. Sorry, dogs and cats are not permitted. That means your new home won't smell like old cat pee. Nonsmokers are preferred, but it's not a deal-breaker. No smoking inside the building, please. Rent is $999/month, with a damage deposit of $999. A $35(nonrefundable) application fee is required to perform a background check for all potential residents (that means you don't have to worry about your new neighbors, and they don't have to worry about you).
