Super chill, quiet, tree-lined streets, great neighbors and block, very close to SMC/beach/Venice/Santa Monica, ocean breeze, great weather, air-conditioning/heat, wood-burning fireplace, a place for someone to call "home." I live on property but you won't hear or see me much. Block away from premiere Venice Blvd. walk/bike street with restaurants/galleries/vintage stores/coffee houses. I have bunnies who live in a large corral behind the garage and are cute and very friendly, though don't come near your private backyard. Make this home your own.
