The main room features an open kitchen and living room, allowing for cooking while watching TV or visiting with family. The living room is perfect for relaxing and streaming your favorite shows. Upstairs, a bedroom with a queen bed and closet awaits, while the bathroom includes a shower with a bathtub. A washer/dryer set is conveniently located on the first floor. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions for guests with negative or low reviews, those under 25 years old, and/or those living closer than 100 miles from the home. A full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner. Pet fees are required, with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked.
