Historic brick warehouses converted into artists' residences and lofts, corner cafes and bakeries, the Boston Children's Museum, Children's Warf Park -- there's much to love about Boston's Fort Point Neighborhood. Located along the Fort Point Channel directly across from Downtown Boston, Fort Point is convenient, hip, and artistic -- the neighborhood is home to more than 300 artists and a variety of galleries. This was once the location of Fort Hill, a British fort built during colonial times.
In the middle of the channel off Congress Street, the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum serves as a floating reminder of the Boston Tea Party, complete with exhibits, a tearoom, and live reenactments. It, along with the Children's Museum, draws visitors to the neighborhood. Fort Point is not only one of New England's largest artists' communities -- it is also an emerging foodie destination, home to several trendy new restaurants.

Property Ratings at 381 Congress Lofts
I lived in the same unit for seven years and loved my time at 381 Congress Street. The building represents quintessential loft living. High ceilings, exposed brick and beam and great finishes throughout made this a special place to live in. The rooftop provides unbeatable 360 degree views of Seaport and downtown. Sound barrier is great too. I would highly recommend living at this building and management does a great job keeping the building in great shape. Anytime I had a minor need for maintenance, responsiveness was awesome! Sad to leave this place
Great place to live. Lofts are gorgeous! Exposed brick, washer/dryer in units, extremely helpful and friendly staff, beautiful roof deck, and great location!! 5 stars across the board!!
