Washer and dryer are provided in the townhouse, and all applications are included, with full basement (additional 850sf), and two car garage. This townhouse was built in 2004; hardwood floor in the family room and master bedroom. Master bedroom is in the main floor, another two very lager bedrooms are in upper floor. The town home offers plenty of living space and the basement offers lots of storing space. It is next to the bike path, close to ISU, shopping, and CY Ride. Lease Term: one year lease; rent is $1530; $1530 deposit. 9 month lease term, my current tenants are looking for sub-lease, the lease can be renewed after this lease term will be expired on July 31st. No smoking, small pet may be fine with additional pet fee and deposit. For any more details, please feel free to let me know it.
