Our unit is a cozy two-level dwelling unit with one full bath and one kitchen on the first floor (there will be a couch on the first floor, instead of the bed that's currently shown on the picture), plus a spacious upstairs bedroom with its own bath; The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, offering comfortable accommodations for up to four guests in total. This is the rear unit of the house. The front unit is also available for rent. Reach out if you are interested in the front unit. Both front and rear units tenants will be sharing the back patio, featuring a working jacuzzi, weight lifting gym, and a fire table with seating area. Working Jacuzzi: Unwind after a day of exploring San Diego in the bubbling outdoor jacuzzi. Ideal for relaxing under the stars! Weight Lifting Area: Stay active with your own dedicated weight-lifting space, equipped for a quick workout right at home. Sitting Area with A Fire Place: Set against a plush, wrap-around couch, this cozy setup offers a perfect spot for evening gatherings. The soft glow of the fire complements the elegant seating, creating a warm, inviting space to enjoy conversations or simply stargaze in comfort. Ideal for cool nights, this fire pit area adds a touch of sophistication to your stay. Private Parking: Our driveway is a bit steep, but it can tandem park two cars. You are welcome to park on the driveway during your stay. Both units will be sharing the driveway.
