WE CONSIDER EVICTIONS AND FELONIES. PREAPPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SHOWING. After you fill out your application, please make sure to hit submit, so you do not lose your work. Management will be alerted and will reach out to you : ) The application processing fee is $35.00 and payable only by credit or debit card.
