Two Bedroom Townhouse with Finished Basement in Great Location Two-bedroom townhouse available starting March 1, 2024. Both bedrooms are large main bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms. There is also a large finished walk-out basement that we used as both a guest room and home office. Unit has two outdoor patios (one on the main floor and one off the basement). In addition to the two full en suite bathrooms, there are two half bathrooms. Unit comes with a washer and dryer with utility sink, plenty of room for storage, and a garage. Pet friendly. It’s a great unit at a great price. Rent is $2,565.87 because you’re taking over our lease. If you were to start a new lease it would start at $2,799. Virtual tour of model unit which is almost identical to the townhouse can be seen on the property's website (Woodland Mews). Besides being a spacious and comfortable unit, there are many amenities offered by the property. There is a clubhouse with free snacks and Starbucks coffee, 24-hour gym, pool, hot tub, quick snow removal, and very responsive maintenance staff. More on amenities can be seen on Woodland Mews' website. Location is also fantastic. Quick drive to University of Michigan and Ann Arbor-Saline Road I-94 exit. Less than 5-minute walk to Whole Foods, REI shopping center. 10-15 minute walk to Busch’s, CVS, Dominos, UPS Store, Panera, and many other businesses. Also very short walk (under 5 minutes) to Cranbrook Park which is ideal for running, dog-walking, tennis/pickleball, basketball, and other activities.
