My resident experience has been mixed. On one hand, the area is convenient and generally peaceful, which I appreciate. However, there have been some significant issues that detract from the overall experience. These include a persistent roach infestation, a bathtub in poor condition with a broken handle, and a squeaking noise from upstairs that can be disruptive in my bedroom. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living environment.

From personal experience, maintenance services can take several weeks to complete which is very inconvenient especially when necessities, such as heating/ cooling, aren’t working properly. Management is also hard to get a hold, especially over the phone, and it seems like no one is really there to help out paying residents. There’s also a roach problem! Fumigators come every Thursday which is nice, but I have yet to see the roaches completely gone. All isn’t bad though, the neighborhood itself is very quiet and safe! Residents are super nice and have really cute dogs.

No pool swimming this year. A lot construction remodeling, the laundry room isn't clean a lot of dust ,When it rains, part of the parking lot fills with water, just like when there is snow.

So far, everything has been fine. The upgrades that are currently being made are making the ask for the current rental price make some sense now, and I know the parking lot will soon be relaid or replaced, so, that’s coming in the near future too… and that’s really the last “ask” I had. I don’t even need a pool… I’d have preferred to have the parking lot fixed before the pool, but I know I’m not the only person who lives here. Only down one star because of some delays in repairs when needed, and also because of the disrepair on move-in and the ongoing construction and LARGE trash issues — people will leave their gigantic couches and stuff upon move out and then trash services will not accept it, so it sits for months… but it looks like they have people who come through now to pick up these items, or at least I haven’t seen any in a bit. Once those things are fixed and maintenance completed, it’ll be worth the 5-star review! The overall community rating is a 3.5-4 star right now.

Poor management ie. calls and emails are never returned, rent randomly increased this month and last month for no reason and had to call 20 times to have it resolved, a $39 “convenience” fee is added to the rent bill just for the “luxury” of paying overly inflated rent to this company, there are so many issues with this complex there is not enough time in the world to explain them all.

Location is great, the Latch app is amazing and love the dog park in the complex. Haven’t been able to meet any neighbors yet, but looking forward to doing so and hit the pool during the summer.

It has been a great move in experience. There were some problems with plumbing but they are VERY quick to fix them! It actually seems like management cares about their tenants.

Pretty much every single thing I wanted in the apartment and more. It is beautiful and literally is 900% better than my last place! Clean, fresh appliances that were literally JUST unwrapped by ME. Like, this is the kind of thing that makes ALL the difference, landlords out there who didn’t take the time to “fix” much! This place has done so much work, and it definitely shows! I love it here!

Just began renting here had a good experience in renting. Office leaders were very kind and understanding so far everything has gone great my unit looks amazing.

To start off my experience was great. The staff at these apartments were súper nice and helpfull.I can count on them with any question or concern i have!
It is a quiet community of individuals. There's not a lot of noise, and since the change in managers, minimal complex drama. The parking lots always kept clean, no glass or thing nasty.
Everyone seems to be nice and respectful. I'm a private person, so I pretty much mind my own business. Otherwise, I've noticed all the changes that is being done to the apartment complex. Hoping to see the end results.
I love to live in this beautiful place! It's a nice and quiet place, secure and safe that you can enjoy everyday! I only can say this is the best option!!
Just moved in looking forward to all the renovations to the property. Signing the lease and moving in was a good experience. Bianca was very helpful the entire process.

Apartment very nice. People im the front office are awesome. Debra especially is amazing. Just having issue with maintaince and some issues in the apartment such as the HVAC and other minor stuff
It is a peaceful neighborhood, it is normally clean, there is enough parking for vehicles, it is a central place to go to the bookstore, shopping in supermarkets, laundry, bus station, the Joe Shoemaker school next door, in terms of security it looks very well, the pool is quite busy, weekly you can appreciate the maintenance of the lawn and for now we have a favorable change of roofs and cutting of some trees that are too big and that take away the view out of some residents, I have already received several packages shopping online and everything has been safe, overall it's a good place to live.
Beautiful inside of apartment. Laundry room is horrible washers barely work hardly any working dryers. Other then that I love my apartment. Love the area by my apartment.
Everything is good and my neighbors are nice people. They're making some nice improvements to the property. Looking forward to the summer, possibly taking a swim in the pool.
Management is great, but the neighbors have to maintain their children and their dogs and the way they play music. We have a noise ordinance at 10:00 and last night I was up till 4:00 in the morning with people playing music. And people driving fast in the parking lot. But the new windows and the new management are awesome.
Staff is great! They made it super easy to apply and get moved in! Only complaint was the pot holes but they filled them in. The neighborhood is nice.

Tengo 5 años en estos apartamentos y con los cambios de dueño ha sido un poco molesto, me cobraron multa de retraso en el pago de la renta cuando el pago se hizo a tiempo , que el money order haya tardado en llegar a sus oficinas no significa que yo lo haya mandado esa fecha! He reportado a mis nuevos vecinos que fuman y todas sus colillas estan alrededor de todo mi apartamento, mis niños que suelen salir afuera a jugar ya no pueden por esa asquerosidad y al parecer no hacen nada!
Driving through the parking lot is basically an off-roading course. Roaches, mice abundant. Salting in the winter is pretty optional. Rent goes up every year like clockwork though good job
High prices. Poor communication. Laundy room open all hours of the night no lock yet we all get to pay for the lights and broken machines. Constsnt infastructure issues. Not cad 5 ready. If u need to work from home. Here is not the place.
Nothing works and gets fixed, such as my AC, flooding, leaking issues, and laundry services. If they do get fixed. It's not in a timely manner such as a leaky bedroom window or flooding in the bathroom.
The staff at linq at cherry creek are friendly , courteous and promptly professional. Management is extemly professional with every aspect of my process of moving from out of state. Thank you so much Alexa and her staff.

Grounds are maintained very well, and the staff is always courteous and works well with the residents.
