A resort fee of $30 USD per guest (14 years and older) is payable at check-in. Enjoy amenities like direct beach access, two heated pools with spacious lounging areas, and a fully equipped gym. On-site stores offer essentials, snacks, and beach accessories. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available, with each cycle costing $1.85 and an additional $3.30 for detergent. Valet parking services are available with daily rates of $20 for day use and $40 for overnight. Long-term rates vary from $75 to $150 depending on the duration of stay. The Village at Gulfstream Park is another renowned venue in the area, offering entertainment, shopping and a diverse selection of restaurants. This open-air complex is home to high-end shops and quality restaurants, making it an ideal place to enjoy nightlife. In addition, the region has a series of parks and green areas. Among them, Joseph Scavo Park, North City Beach Park and South City Beach Park are popular destinations for playing sports, picnicking and appreciating the area´s natural beauty. It is conveniently located between the cities of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. This provides easy access to a wide range of cultural, sporting and entertainment attractions in both cities. Check-in time is until 5 p.m. If you arrive after 5 p.m., you can still check-in, but your fob and parking tag will be provided the following day. There is an additional fee of $30.00 for check-ins after 8 p.m. All guests must be registered in the system by the owner/lessee at all times. Only one person per family group will be allowed to enter the registration office. The fobs are essential for access and cost $30 each, which is non-refundable. The number of fobs required is as follows: 1-2 Adults require 1 fob, 3-4 Adults require 2 fobs, and 5-6 require 3 fobs if the adult is 14 years and older.
