The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. South Harlem is a vibrant neighborhood located in the northern section of Manhattan. Bordered by Central Park North to West 125th Street and from Morningside Park to Fifth Avenue, this area has experienced a surge in new construction, restaurants, and bars due to its proximity to Central Park, Morningside Park, and Columbia University. The Whole Foods store opened on 125th Street and Lenox Avenue, a significant intersection in the area. South Harlem also has a thriving cultural scene that contributes to the neighborhood's vibrancy. It is known for its community-oriented atmosphere defined by music, food, and cultural events. This property is currently in the design phase and will be photographed in the coming weeks. You will either be personally greeted by a member or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
