The condo allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Lawrenceville is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to explore. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
