Basic utilities and wifi internet included for tenant(s); utilities split between all residents if higher than average use for couples or unchecked use. PARKING: 2 parking spaces and one visitor space, plus curb parking available for shared use of home occupants. Basement walkout to fenced yard - gate exits to long, narrow grassy area. Rental is in a townhouse one unit from the end, but renter will have private use of lower patio area. Upstairs occupants (couple) do not use lower garden (hard-scaped) often. KITCHEN: Dedicated kitchenette use in basement for basement tenant(s) only. Shared access to basement laundry, to be coordinated on dedicated days for occupants / guests in home. (Curtain provided for renter's privacy for this purpose.) CLOSETS/ STORAGE: Dedicated under-stair closet space and entry/ linen closet. Some off-season storage space in these locations, and shared laundry area. Lease allows renter to set up resident pool access to number of nearby pools in Lake Ridge. To set up, let owner know you are interested following lease signing.
