It’s just across the L.A. River from Griffith Park and a short drive away from Downtown. As a suburb in 'the Valley', this area has a growing business district and picturesque mountain views. A landmark of Glendale is Brand Boulevard, a very well-known stretch of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and a cinema. Residents also have easy access to the MONA, the Museum of Neon Art. There are plenty of outdoor activity options to enjoy here. For instance, Deukmejian Wilderness Park, sits at the northern point of the city and offers more than 700 acres of wildflowers and trails.
