About This Property
My husband, Hayden, and I live in the lower unit of our beautiful duplex and are looking to rent the second floor to our lovely Shorewood neighbors. We are between Atwater School and Atwater Beach! This spacious and sunny 1000 square foot unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Amenities include your own laundry units in the basement, one free parking pad spot in the back (additional street parking available with Village permit), dishwasher, and central air. Rent is $1,650/month. Cats allowed for a $25/month fee per cat. We are renovating the space so the images provided are older but posted for reference. Feel free to inquire and stop by to see the space as it’s under construction. We are hoping to have it rented by the middle of December. We’ll cover cold water, trash removal, and landscaping - Tenant pays for all other utilities.
