Property Id: 1536481 I am renting 2 room spaces in my house. This newer 2-story home with 5 bedroom, 3 bath, is located east of Boyd Lake in the Lakes at Centerra community, easy access to I-25. It has an open kitchen/family room floor plan, new carpet, and south facing patio. Full kitchen amenities, 2 full size refrigerators. The kitchen and other common areas are shared with me. Utilities, laundry, Wi-Fi included. Parking available on street. We share the house together, thus I don't allow smoking, drugs or parties on the property. I work from home ~50%. House guests by request. This situation is best for a career minded, mature man who works or studies. No children. Men only. I'm pretty active, road cycle, MTB, hockey, wakeboard (Tige boat, you are welcome to join). Background check through Turbo Tenant. Basement Room: 2 rooms, large bedroom and a kitchenette, large closet $1100/month. (6-12 month term)
