Just such a good vibe, I can't say it enough, I will miss it dearly but our little one is growing up and needs more space that only a house can offer. On the block of 30th and University, La Boheme is 5 minutes to Downtown, 2 minutes to Balboa Park, and 2 minutes to the 805 freeway, 5 minutes to SDSU. La Boheme is new construction with granite counter-tops, quality cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with washer and dryer in the unit. Balcony overlooks quaint courtyard with fountain and is buffered from street noise, and there are 2 walk in closets. You have to see it and experience the area to understand.
