Property Ratings at 39Nineteen
Although with rent going up, I have to say these apartments are still amazing. Very quiet area and maintenance responds quickly to any issues. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Very clean and beautiful apartments. Excellent managers. Would highly recommend.
Love this Apartment complex and thankful for the people that live here.
The property is clean and the staff is great. Work orders are completed almost right away. Haven't had any kind of major issue. I like the fact I can submit rent and work orders online.
Beautiful place, love the view & the quiet nights on my balcony! Lovely neighbors and apartment
If you are looking for a great updated apartment then look no further. These apartments are very spacious and a great location. The management is always more than happy to help with anything details that need to be addressed. Their warm and professional personalities makes it feel more than just an apartment complex. It feels like home. It’s location makes it an easy transit to SAFB and it’s situated close to everything. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend!
When meeting with the apartment complex manager we were told that if we did a two bedroom apartment on the second floor that they would give us one overlooking the lake. We called to confirm this numerous times so you can imagine our surprise when we pulled up to sign our lease with our vehicles loaded down ready to make the first load and they brought us to an apartment on the second floor that was not overlooking the lake. It was looking at the other building. When we first moved in there were a few things here and there that we weren’t happy with such as the sinks and the cleaning that was done previously. The sink in the second bathroom looked disgusting. It looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned (pictures). The bathtubs in both bathrooms both look dingy and as if they needed a good scrub. I scrubbed them both and it would not go away. Over the past year I have tried everything possible and it still won’t go away. The kitchen sink drain was also in poor condition. I brought this as well as the bathroom sink and tubs to the apartment managers attention and all she had to say was that sometimes their cleaning person didn’t do a good job and that she would send someone to fix it. Someone came to fix it and scrubbed the kitchen sink and then left. No amount of cleaning can fix these sinks and bathtub stains. Even the windows look cloudy when cleaned because there is a gritty film on most of them (I suspect from the poor paint job when spraying maybe). These apartments charge the second highest rent in Wichita Falls (#1 being stone creek ranch). This is a price that most would be happy to pay for if their apartments were truly newly renovated and in better shape. These are nothing more than some old run down apartments with new paint. Most apartments have a larger mailbox that they can put packages in but not here. Again, this might not be a big deal to some but something to consider if you order things from amazon a lot. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday so if you order something from amazon and it’s supposed to be delivered on Saturday, you will not get it until Monday because they don’t have the larger mailbox option. The living room and second bedroom do not have lights in the ceiling. In the evening even with lamps it is as dark as a tomb. The airflow to the second bedroom is terrible so if you are someone that plans to have a roommate live in the second bedroom I would not recommend living here
I have been to many apartments in my line of work. This one is conveniently place in the city of Wichita Falls close to the hwy as well as all stores. It is clean and well managed. Top rating for these apartments! Oscar
I enjoyed living here. The community is pretty and always clean. I love my apartment! My work orders are completed quickly sometimes the same day. The staff is friendly especially maintenance. They always say hello. The girls in the office are nice and knowledgeable. They always have answers to my questions. I recommend this complex!
Office & maintenance staff are professional and helpful. If maintenance was needed, it taken care of in a timely manner. I never had any problems.
3919 is a wonderful property with a wonderful staff! The newly renovated apartments are beautiful and the amenities are absolutely fantastic. You will not be disappointed!
These apartments visually are stunning, newly renovated and just gorgeous. Nothing compares for the price here in Wichita, and the added bonus is the security gate. Management is super friendly and will answer any questions at any time so I really appreciated that. Just an overall great experience here and would recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment to call home!
Absolutely love my apt, this property and Amanda, the property manager! Amanda took time to know me, hear my story and match me to the perfect apt! In just a week it alredy feels like home sweet home! Have to give a shout out to Carlos, part of the maintenance team! He came to take care of a couple things that I called in about...he was here right away and not only took care of what I called in but a couple other things I asked about..no questions asked...just took care of things and welcomed me to the property! Excited for the next year! Thank you 39Nineteen Team:) Come meet the Team!!!
I moved to 39Nineteen a few months ago. I absolutely love it here. I love the modern feel of my apartment and the grounds. I searched all over Wichita Falls and nothing compares. Amanda was very helpful and welcoming. She made me feel right at home. I love the Clubhouse and the pool area. Definitely going to spend a lot of time here.
Apartments are a great size and Plenty of natural light. They're very clean. I love the patio area and storage, washer and dryer area, huge bathrooms, new appliances, hardwood floors, pet friendly. The only thing different I would change is assigned parking. But that's not really a big deal....they have Plenty of covered parking. I recommend these apartments to anyone!!!
I moved here from Tennessee... I actually didn’t even get to see the apartments in person before I signed the lease. But they did not disappoint! I can see myself living here a while. The apartments are newly renovated and look amazing! And I actually live in an unrenovated apartment and it still looks incredible! Amazing area, awesome facilities! The only thing negative that I will say is that the parking is not big vehicle friendly. Lots of tight squeezes. Also, I have to brag on Shae and Amanda! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my move was smooth! Shae actually went and took photos of my apartment personally and sent them to me so that I could kind of get a feel for the place. She was with me every step of the way and made my first apartment experience a breeze! And Amanda has gone the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of on the financial side of things! All in all, I HIGHLY recommend that if you are looking for a place to live that is super high quality but also affordable this is the place for you!
This is absolutely the best place to stay in Wichita Falls! They just renovated all their apartments and put new floors, carpets, and appliances in. The layouts are great and the apartments are super quiet. I can't hear my neighbors at all. The staff are awesome and super friendly! Shae and Amanda go above and beyond to take care of all my needs. You won't go wrong moving here!!!
I have lived in many different apartment complexes throughout Texas, Vegas, and Los Angeles and I really gotta day that this is the best complex I have ever lived in. Apartments are newly remodeled, in a great location and staff is amazing! Highly recommended! :)
I've been a resident for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and actually cares about it's residents. Maintenance is quick to respond and I always get a call confirming what was done and if everything is working fine. I would highly recommend this place.
Maintenance is extremely slow to respond; requests go months without being fulfilled. Management is indifferent and apathetic to tenant concerns. Their concern is getting you signed on, but once you are, you will not be considered a priority over the superficial “upgrades” they are making throughout the property.
but I’d like to say I have lived here for almost a year and I have a live through the changes. They are very nice and they’re doing it for their residence. The management here have work well with me as I’m sure they do with others. They really are very nice. With all the changes that are going on I’m sure it’s hard for them to get everything everyone needs as quickly as possible if it’s urgent I’m sure they’re doing their best. But you look at all the changes going on and they’re having to help you all that and meet everybody’s needs out of 280 apartments if things are going wrong I think it could be a little overwhelming. So be patient and kind. And give them a break !!! We all need one??
I've lived here for over 1 1/2 years and it's had three different management companies already. The employees for Stellar are not the nicest once they finally get you moved in. Their restrictions are ridiculous. Rules on plants, patio decorations, the way you raise your animals, etc. I have had an awful time living here since they took over and can't wait to move out. They charge you for anything that's broken before you actually move out. My dog chewed my blinds, obviously I will replace, but they want to fine me now unless they are replaced, which doesn't make sense because my dog would probably just chew them up again. They are more concerned about making their office look better than to respect the tenants. They do not make it feel "home-y" here by any means.
I have been here for over 2 yrs. We have had 5 different management teams here. Now, if your planning on relocating for a job and have a letter head stating your moving for your job unless your in the military you cant break it. Thats just another way of sucking you dry. Just be very cautious of your choice. Also, the pool doesn't even work. I don't know when it was actually open to the complex.
Used to be a great place. Rent was reasonable, staff was great. Some appliances were outdated. Wasn't really an issue, cause they still worked. Now that this new management took over, they updated appliances. Fine. They added a new gate, and changed paint scheme to a Shrek color green. That wasn't needed, nor to I care to pay more in rent for those changes. What was supposed to be a $10 increase per month, has increased to $60 month. Why am I paying more for them to paint this place? Especially when it wasn't needed. The rules now are strict and ridiculous. If I want three plants on my patio and not the two allowed, I should be able too. I'M PAYING THE OVERPRICED RENT! Now they've added additional fees to not just a pet deposit, but another fee and now admin fees on top of rent deposit. Just ridiculous.
Property Manager at 39Nineteen, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you feel disappointed in the changes we are making. I would like to address some of your concerns within this response. We have increased rents to compare with our competitors which is common practice in the rental market. Currently, we do have an application and processing fee for new applicants which covers the service we use for all of our background and credit checks to make sure our applicants meet 39Nineteen rental guidelines. When The Stellar Family took over the property we had received many comments about the appearance of the property which included landscape upkeep, cluttered patios and window treatments. The new community policies were put into place to bring the complex back to its original standards and to help keep our community looking great going forward. I would be more than happy to go over the community policies with you and address any concerns you have. Thank you again for your feedback. Sincerely, your 39Nineteen Management Team.
I recently moved from Wellington Apartments, I lived there for two years in a one bedroom apartment. When I first moved in I was very happy with everything. The rent was a good price, my work orders were quickly resolved, and management was very friendly and personable. However, the complex was bought serveral times during my experience. Since the newest company has taken over many of the residence including myself have not had a great experience. From the somewhat strict rules (example, only two living plants per balcony), the increased rent, and work orders never being completed or taking 3 plus months to fix (if you nag enough), I would have to say there are overall better apartments in Wichita Falls. In all fairness they are currently trying to fix the place up, however all in all I still don’t recommend this complex. I truly did enjoy my first here but with the new changes the only word I can think of is disappointing.
This is a great place to live with a pool and hot tub, not only that but it also has a lake with ducks. I also love that it's pet friendly. Management and maintenance are always so friendly .
These apartments are the best in Wichita Falls. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you out in whatever way they can. I recommend these apartments to anyone who is searching. During our search we were wanting some nice apartments that are safe and friendly but wouldn't break the bank. The Wellington on the Lake is the perfect definition of what we were looking for. I know if you choose them, you will be beyond satisfied.
These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. Friendly and safe environment, the apartment is very well updated and maintained. Any problems I have had was solved in a timely, professional manner. The ladies who manage the apartments are some of the nicest people and work with you on just about everything. I would recommend these apartments to anyway looking for somewhere to live.
I have lived her over a year and the apartments are quiet, affordable (for the area) and in a great neighborhood with easy access to Kell. I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff and apartment manager are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
I have lived here for over a year and I love it. My apartment is great, staff is great, maintenance is great. Come live here!
Trying to get new paint and appliances is like pulling teeth. Promises made but very slow to deliver.
