Ideally you want a 6 to 12 month lease, with opportunity to extend if there is mutual comfort. Intermittent guests are fine provided you are reasonably quiet, clean and respectful. Features: -Entire area recently renovated in 2022/23, lightly used since then -Semi furnished (bed/sheets included) - can discuss other needed appliances -Private Entry -Private full bathroom -Private kitchen/pantry -Private washer/dryer -Separate office/living room area -Offstreet parking from Dec 15 to April 1, no-hassle onstreet parking other times of year -Quiet, peaceful, residential area with easy access to Fells and other parks -Utilities (Wifi, Electricity) included. Home is very green with a new geothermal heat pump and solar panels. -5/10 minute drive to shopping, grocery, restaurants, Melrose MBTA Commuter Rail/Oak Grove Orange Line -There is an area in the kitchen where the ceiling is only 6' off the ground. Please don't apply if that will be an issue. The office, bedroom and bathroom do not have this constraint.
