The pool is open year-round and is not heated. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a delightful porch and a set of 15 stairs leading to the front door. The upper level features a living room with an oversized leather couch, a 50" flat screen with Roku, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a dining room with seating for 6-8 guests, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two additional bedrooms with a queen-size and a full-size bed are also on this level. The lower level mirrors the upper with a living room, kitchen, dining area, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds. An additional full bathroom is also available. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Welcome to the delightful Wilmington Island Neighborhood in Savannah, offering the perfect balance between the charm of the historic district and the allure of the nearby beach. A short drive takes you to Savannah's vibrant energy and cultural treasures, while the beach is just a stone's throw away. The enchanting Bonaventure Cemetery is also nearby, located 7.4 miles away. The house has a digital combo lock pad for check-in. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service day. The house has two units with full access to both, but there is no adjoining door between them. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. The lower level offers a designated work space in one of the bedrooms, perfect for business travelers.
