About This Property
This beautiful apartment complex is in the heart of Yakima. All of the utilities are included in the rent including Cable TV and wifi. The living and dining rooms are very spacious with an open scheme and the house has 2 large rooms. One of the bedrooms is non-conforming as it is located in the middle of the home and therefore has no exterior walls or windows. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space and there is also a small nook next to the kitchen that has enough room for a small desk or anything else you made need it for. There are 2 large closets for storage and clothes in the house. The middle room has lots of shelving as well. This unit is on the top floor and has a front deck for you to go out on when you want to enjoy some fresh air. The yard is maintained by house management. Out the back entrance each unit is assigned an off-street parking space. When you enter from the back entrance and go downstairs to the basement the laundry room will be to your right and down the hall to your left there are small storage closets that have been designated for each unit. This unit is located in a peaceful area in the middle of Yakima and is close to many great places like the YMCA, restaurants, grocery stories, coffee shops, Yakima Valley College and Memorial Hospital. Rent: $1295 Deposit: $1500 Application Fee: $40 per person 18 and older. Qualification Standards: (Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.) Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant must exhibit a well managed financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 650. If Credit score is between 600-650 in may be accepted with an additional deposit pending the reason for the lower score. Delinquent and unpaid accounts will result in an application being rejected. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. No Smoking Allowed Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. At owner's discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.

Located in Central Washington, the city of Yakima is both peaceful and quaint just 60 miles southeast of Mount Rainer. It’s located inside the Yakima Valley, which is noted for its abundance of apples, hops, and wineries. Locals are afforded many award-winning wines in Yakima, the heart of Washington Wine Country.

Residents look forward to satisfying their shopping needs at Valley Mall. The Casino Caribbean is right down the road from the Yakima Speedway, a popular attraction. In addition to multiple neighborhood parks, the city encompasses a local arboretum which has overflowing gardens, natural greenery, and large trees.
The Yakima Valley Museum houses an extraordinary exhibit full of native artifacts, relics of early settlement life, plus a 1930s Art Deco soda fountain. It’s off Tieton Drive in front of Franklin Park.
