This home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application and owner approval for all reservations. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. Guests will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival.
