The apartment is great, and I love those who manage it. But the maintenance team is subpar. It took a month before anything was done about my leaking tub. They claimed to fix it numerous times, but had not. Even when I tried explaining the issue to them so they could better understand, they would do their own thing. It took almost 2 months to get this fixed. None of the caulking in the bathtub area was completed upon move in. My mailbox was broken.
400 Belmont is a great place to live! I enjoy the amenities and the apartments are kept in good condition. The office staff, Andy and Mona, are always helpful and timely.

Excellent choice tomakewhen finding a suitable place to live. The staff was second to none in explaining the property and showing us all the apartments. My wife and I are very pleased with our choice. The property checked all the boxes. especially the dog park. The neighborhood is perfectly located to the express way. The food court is in walking distance. Massive amenities for all your personal needs was a plus as well.

The move in process worked very well. Our coordinator was helpful. We have a couple of maintenance items still not addressed; however, there is a plan to complete those.

Safe and secure apartment community with convenient location. Walking distance to Smyrna restaurants and shops. Elevator access makes moving and bringing in groceries and shopping easier. Nice pool area. Only a couple of complaints: Sometimes trash compactor and recycling area overflows but it is usually resolved within a day. People with dogs aren’t held responsible for cleaning up after them. Would be nice if complex had occasional happy hour socials or grab and go breakfast events.

Loud Neighbors (Upstairs). Even after complaining nothing has ever been done about it. Maintenance never comes unless you call or email the office (even after requesting via the app). Hard to reach the courtesy officer. Goes to VM.

Everything is great here parking is the only issue. Staff is awesome as well. We love our unit and the community is clean and quiet. We have been here for about 7 month and we have no complaints

Great place to live. Feels safe. Maintenance is pretty quick with resolving requests. Amenities are overall well kept. Residents aren’t great about picking up their dogs poop which can be inconvenient. Easy mail/package access. Would recommend!

Things were well when we first moved in but as time went by and different residents moved in things changed. Kids running and screaming in the hallways. People smoking weed on their balconies stinking up the place. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. Elevators or gates not constantly working. Lastly, I had an issue with my bill and the individual I went to about it told me he had it fixed and straight up lied. I had to go to the property manager to get my bill fixed literally one day before it was due!

Overall this is a great place to live. It’s gated and the location is quiet and safe. The location is near parks and grocery stores. The grounds are well kept except for the lack of enforcement for picking up after your dog. The amenities are nice but not all of the features work when you go to use them.

Would like this to be our home for a long time.. management is always so sweet, helpful and attentive .. property is clean and quiet. Sometimes smell strong pot smoke from neighbors and it’s very bothersome but other than that, it’s a nice community.

A Belmont Place neighbor put Halloween candy bags at on doors on the 2nd floor Unannounced and encouraged us to put the “You been Boo” sign on our doors, The note in the bag encouraged the rest of our neighbors to do the same. So we did.. And it was a great Halloween spirit between neighbors at Belmont Place. I thank the “Boo” Secret neighbor That thought of this great idea??????

I was super excited to move into my new home and was disappointed that the apartment was less than expected when I moved in. Both toilets were FILTHY and both bath tubs were dirty. The bathroom counters were dirty as well. When I told them about this at about noon, I assumed it would be taken care of. It wasn’t. So at about 6 pm I just cleaned it myself.

Having a great time here. Love the fitness room and front desk always has jolly ranchers. Trash pickup is prompt and very helpful. Haven't had an issue yet with the gate.

The community is going downhill. There are residents that don’t care about the community and disregard rules. It’s getting to a point where the price is not worth the community.

We had an Amazing experience with 400 Belmont. From the staff, to management; our impression was that this community was absolutely flawless. The complex is well managed. The lots and grounds are clean. The valet trash is a great perk. We love our pool view and the community is so quiet and we can tell a lot of working professionals live here. I love my apartment and the community. I would like to see the pet policy enforced more often also I like the fact that this is a smoke free community however, not all residents abide by this policy evident by the marijuana smell especially on the weekends in the hall ways. One of the best amenities is the clubhouse I love the fact that there is no fee to have an event there.

400 Belmont is a well managed property that is relatively quiet and is generally very secure (aside from occasional gate issues and fire alarms). Great location with access to 75 & 285; quick ride to The Battery. Grocery stores and shopping are convenient and getting to downtown Smyrna is walkable which is amazing! Apartment has great floor plan and finishes. No major maintenance/service request issues.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Great until it is time to move out. I had a negative mark come up on my rental history almost 3 years after I moved out. They are also saying I did not move out on a different date than I was supposed to and trying to charge me for two extra days that I was not there. I did not have an issue getting into my last apartment but when I tried in 2022 for another apartment complex, I was informed they had put a negative mark on my rental history saying they had issues getting my keys back from me. This was not the case. They are also now providing information to me today that is new. Each time I have tried to contact someone, they tell me a different explanation for the charges. First I was contacted by someone at corporate last year stating it was a pet fee. I showed proof that all of those were paid. Then, it was something else. Now they are stating it is for utilities and being there an extra two days. I have been trying for over a year to get the charges removed and the negative mark on my rental history removed. They put it on rental history years later and I am not sure how. They are asking for documentation and after 3 years I no longer have anything pertaining to that apartment or apartment complex.

400 Belmont is good so far. I like how it’s clean and quiet here, The staff is very professional and nice. So far i like how quickly maintenance responds to work orders. I really like how convenient it is being close to a shopping/food area. Definitely a great location to be! :-)

Andy and the leasing team are very helpful and quick to respond. My move in process was so easy and the location is perfect for quiet families next to Smyrna elementary and Belmont townhomes and shops.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From staffing to management, everyone is always very helpful, polite, and willing to assist in resolving any questions or concerns that may arise and fix it. Leadership is timely, responsive, and most importantly takes pride in the upkeep and appearance of this community and enforcing guidelines as necessary in order to provide a safe and happy living environment. I have been at Belmont Place for just about 5 years and I'm just as happy with living, working, playing as the first day I moved in. The staff is great, many neighbor are very friendly, you will never feel along at Belmont Place the hallway lights are safely always on.
