Monthly rent is $780, and that includes cable and internet. Electricity and water is through Simple Bills and is typically around $115/month (combined). Flooring and appliances were just redone and replaced in May, and the clubhouse and pool area are brand new. The lease is through May 10, 2018, perfect timing for those graduating next Spring. However, you do NOT need to be a student to live here. I'm flexible and will work with you if you have any financial concerns. Also, the apartment is fully furnished. If there are pieces you don't want, I will take with me, otherwise, I will leave with you. I have paid September in full, so I am not expecting partial payment. You would only be responsible for paying on October 1st.
