Property Ratings at 400 North Townhomes
THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS I have ever lived in and I've lived in plenty. The first management was cool, friendly, and easy to get along with but they lacked a lot of work ethic, honesty, and people skills. They were also very disloyal to the tenants when it comes to missing payments and money. You could put in an order request and have to wait a week or longer before you so anything gets fixed. For example; vents for your a/c, faucets leaks, leaks in general, new screens for you window, a/c needed fixing, washer and dryer need replacing, The office lady or ladies plus the maintenance guy were always missing in action so it was hard to ever ask them question are take things to buy the office if you needed to. Yes, to be fair I understand you're going to get a drug dealer to slip in your apartment complex but they had at least had 3-4 dealers at one point. All competing for business. There was even a murder I got to witness from my porch. Also, and then there's that crappy internet/tv service they use which was NTS but is now know as Vexus! We got promised free wife so many times that could never tell if it was just to make them look good or just to shut us up and bring in extra people. They suck too! I went for two months without cable, once all because they could get their ducks in a room. Add on the appearance of the apartment complex itself and it looks like it belongs on the west side of town. These buildings at least 50+ years old. You can slap all the paint you want on it but it is and will always be The Cedar Ridge! So they got new management and that hasn't helped in because she's not qualified for the "at least 5 years" on the website they were advertising at the time. Not only is she underqualified, but she's also very nosey, rude, and unprofessional. They can't seem to keep a maintenance guy either...wonder why that is! The big thing they added around here was fences.....lmao!!!! Let me just say these fences are cheap and look stupid. It looks more like a compound than an actual complex and here's the kicker every (the first building at the head of the complex) get a backyard BUT they don't come with gates. Isn't that an automatic fire hazard???
