What that means is the rent rate for our apartments is based on each individual’s monthly income. An individual with a $400 monthly income will pay approximately $110 a month for rent; an individual with a $735 monthly income will pay about $211 a month. All utilities are included for all of our apartments. MONTHLY RENT (AND SECURITY DEPOSIT) IS BASED ON INCOME (30% of income). Westchester Village East is getting ready to begin a major remodel of our apartment units and common areas—new windows, flooring, cabinets, appliances, heating and cooling units, walk-in showers, and more. Our great apartments are about to become even greater! Westchester Village East is a three story garden style apartment building located just south of downtown Saginaw. The amenities include laundry facilities, community/TV room, covered picnic area outside, elevators, emergency pull cords in the units, and convenient parking. Common household pets are allowed with required deposit.
