Honestly it was probably the most seamless leasing experience we’ve had, even moving from across the state. Even getting our keys at move in was quick and easy! The staff are quick and kind and the property is very nice!
staff is super friendly very knowledgeable. Property is super clean maintenance very friendly on time and gets a job done on the first attempt.
Great apartments. Very new and clean with updated appliances and lots of living space. The only issue I've run into is ants, however pest control is free and weekly.
The 4000 Margaret leasing team is quick to respond to any questions and made the move in process quite simple. The maintenance team was very helpful fixing minor issues.
Love my new place. My family is settling in and enjoying the pool and people in the area. The dogs really like the park. Will be here for the next year learning and growing
Living at 4000 Margaret has been such a peaceful and welcoming experience. The community feels safe, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Have been having trouble recently getting in touch with staff but prior to that they were great! They were very helpful and told me what I needed to do.

4000 Margaret is a nice little home for me and my wife. it’s close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes away from my job. driving around the neighborhood you can see it’s very well kept i.e. the pool, lounge area with grills and tv, etc. other residents seem to be nice and outgoing with the occasional “how are ya” walking in and out of the apartment. also the maintenance, unlike other places, are on top of their game. i always see maintenance going around the neighborhood doing stuff and my service request was completed next day after submitting. staff at the front desk is amazing. helped me with all my reoccurring problems and sat there with me and my wife just talking about anything. very nice and polite people who definitely love being here!

Living in 4000 Margaret is nice and quiet. I have friendly neighbors a that means a lot! This will be my third apartment. Two in Beaufort SC ,1 in NC. The apartment manger and staff members are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

I've been living in this apartment community for a week now and overall, it has been a great experience. The management team is very responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns I have in a timely manner.
