4000 Margaret is a nice little home for me and my wife. it’s close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes away from my job. driving around the neighborhood you can see it’s very well kept i.e. the pool, lounge area with grills and tv, etc. other residents seem to be nice and outgoing with the occasional “how are ya” walking in and out of the apartment. also the maintenance, unlike other places, are on top of their game. i always see maintenance going around the neighborhood doing stuff and my service request was completed next day after submitting. staff at the front desk is amazing. helped me with all my reoccurring problems and sat there with me and my wife just talking about anything. very nice and polite people who definitely love being here!

Living in 4000 Margaret is nice and quiet. I have friendly neighbors a that means a lot! This will be my third apartment. Two in Beaufort SC ,1 in NC. The apartment manger and staff members are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

Overall great experience so far! Very nice amenities and appliances. Some things are unfinished in the community and there are things in the apartment that could’ve used a second look but all around a very nice apartment to live in.

I've been living in this apartment community for a week now and overall, it has been a great experience. The management team is very responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns I have in a timely manner. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are well-maintained and provide great opportunities to relax and stay active. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transport. Haven't moved in yet but the experience is great so far and the property is wonderful. I look forward to moving in and enjoying the amenities it is a great feature of this complex and look forward to having my grandkids come and enjoy the pool.

Wonderful apartment with nice size rooms and a good size kitchen. My 2 bedroom 2 bath is a perfect size for me. I am very grateful and pleased with my unit. Very nice floor plan.
