Shared front door for entrance. Access to backyard. (Back gate leads to trails) Off street parking. Required to keep basement clean. No pets. No smoking inside. 13 minutes from Fort Collins. Near major hospitals, shopping, restaurants, gyms, trails, etc. Please contact me before applying.
