Access to the indoor swimming pool is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day for registered guests only, with each reservation including two registered guests. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Only one parking spot is available for your stay, and parking in the designated space is required to avoid towing. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror, and do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit. A laptop computer is not included, and washcloths are not provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on the property.
