We are located on historic mansion row, across from the equally historic Buffalo Club, the Mansion hotel, as well as numerous shopping/dining options throughout the area. There is also a superb and popular restaurant in the apartment building itself. called Chris's. We are situated in the stunningly beautiful Allentown, minutes from Elmwood Village, the Medical Campus, and the Main Street subway. This is one of the city's best locations to be in. These suites have brand new kitchen cabinetry and new appliances. The bathrooms also have new cabinetry, new bath fixtures, and all new ceramic. The floors in the suites have been completely redone. The building also has a new elevator, laundry facilities, and ample parking. Please call our office to check availability/schedule a viewing.
