2 bed 1 bath apartment located near the hospital. The unit features a washer, dryer, dishwasher, wood burning fireplace, small deck and lots of sun. This is a upstairs unit. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Tenant will pay all other utilities including electric, which is the source of heat for this unit. - there is a strict limit of 2 parking spots for vehicles - all tenants over the age of 18 mush fill out the application. All tenants must submit a credit and background check. All tenants need a clean background and a credit score over 650. If you do not submit a credit and/or background check you will NOT be considered for the unit. - I collect 1st month's rent, last month's rent and a security deposit equal to a month's rent. All of these must be paid in full before you move in. - Tenant will need to transfer electric into their name and provide prof before being permitted to move in.
