I'm trying to get out of my lease, and in order to do that, I need someone to lease the apartment. If you are approved by the leasing company and move into unite #425, I will personally give you $2000 to use HOWEVER you want in form of a money order. This offer is good until February. You HAVE to lease Apartment #425 in order to get this deal. If they want to up the rent from $1575, I will pay the difference between what I am listing and what you actually rent it for until March. Gas is included in rent, along with trash. Water is usually about $25 a month, Electric ~$50, and you can get a good deal with Comcast for living there. Please call/email me directly instead of trying to go through apartments.com's notification thing. The calls aren't going through for some reason. Thanks.

Roughly a mile northwest of downtown Wilmington, Hedgeville is a beautiful neighborhood filled with Victorian architecture and mature trees. The heart of the neighborhood, Kosciuszko Park, is located on a hill and features walking paths, a playground, and lighted tennis courts. Hedgeville borders I-95 for easy commutes, and the neighborhood features a variety of shops and restaurants, especially along Maryland Avenue. Here, you’ll find a Ray’s supermarket, Mr. Cheese Steak Restaurant, and Johnny’s Food Market.
