The environment is alright, there are some issues in the apartment, in terms of fit and finish and maintainance wise. The office and recreation area definitly gives a better outlook than the actual residence.
Love the apartments & the leasing staff. Big thanks to Cassandra, she made it very easy for me to apply for the apartment while doing a great job explaining how the process works.
So excited and ready to move in. When touring and looking around I totally knew that 403 West was the place for me. Jonnathan was so helpful when applying and getting things do. Can't wait to live here.
We had a rough start to moving in due to getting leased an apartment that wasn’t move-in ready yet so the day we got the keys we had to be moved to a different unit in a different building. Throughout the bit of chaos with having to switch the utilities and renters insurance over to a different address, the front office took very good care of us and created some leniency during the transition due to the circumstances! Our needs were met with many apologies along the way and we just appreciated the hospitality in trying to remedy the mix-up! We think the unit is beautiful and really enjoy having so many amenities at this apartment! The in-unit washer with having an infant is the best part!!
I started to live at 403 west with my husband and it has been a great experience. The amenities are clean and useful. The staff is very polite and helpful. I recommend it 100%
I have yet to move in, but my tour was amazing and so has my experience getting questions answered and such! I am excited to see if this greatness continues.
I have to move soon and it is not very easy to get out of the lease. When we moved in we asked, and thought it was 30 days notice. It's not. . . well it may be but you have to pay 4 months worth of rent to get out.
I move in very soon and the whole process went so smoothly. Everyone in the leasing office and so polite. They made this very easy and I can’t wait to move in.
After being here for a few months, I have enjoyed the environment and amenities that are offered. The community is family friendly. So far, I have no complaints

Great community! The staff and maintenance are amazing! They are so friendly and do their best to resolve anything that’s needed. Amenities are awesome too! It is also a beautiful location, so many trees and plants, the staff do an excellent job at up keeping the place. I’ve never experienced such an amazing apartment complex and staff.
Love the size of the apartments for the price. Location is convenient to Cary and Downtown Raleigh. Curb appeal can be improved, but overall I've enjoyed my time here

Yes, the apartment itself has not disappointed and has provided great shelter and positioning for school. Having the apartment located closely to everything is a plus, great management and staff to be recognized aswell.
Apartment was mostly clean at arrival (some dead bugs, odd smells upon arrival) and is kept clean thanks to valet trash and other good maintenance practices. The facilities are great and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly in person.
We’ve enjoyed our new apartment so much. The place is great, the amenities like the gym and the pool are amazing. The staff is very helpful and polite. We don’t regret to live here :)
Place is nice but there’s a lot of broken stuff right on move in that makes it a little inconvenient. Not only do you have to deal with moving in now you have to put in a bunch of maintenance requests.
Overall my experience at 403 West has been great so far! I love the Amazon lockers where I can pick up my packages, The staff is very friendly, maintenance is very timely and helpful (thanks Kevin!). There were a few communication hiccups with mail keys and trash bins but other than that it was a great experience.
Totally, the apartment is good. But there are many detail problems: 1) I can't lock the door of my room. 2) One charger in my room doesn't work. 3) The microwave was not cleaned before I moved in. 4) The washing machine and dryer were also not cleaned before I moved in.
Very awesome place to live. The staff are helpful and attentive all while being very pleasant. My favorite thing is that each room has its own bathroom. Oh and large kitchen countertops.
Place was clean and with minor issues. The maintence team is very fast. One thing I would have liked more was if the cabinets were more updated

The amenities and community is so nice! Having access to a lap lane in the pool and the pickleball courts is so convenient. We just moved, but we love it here!
After a 4 months I would have to say that I am pretty happy with my stay at 43 West. There are some recurring minor annoyances however, which aren't all the complex's fault. One being other residents not picking up after their dogs, even in the dog run where there are two poop bag stations! Sometimes the stations do run out of poop bags, but generally there are enough other stations to find a bag, IF your willing to walk a little. Wish the neighbors would NOT keep their black trash cans out ALL the time and keep putting trash out on Thursday's to sit out all weekend! (No service, Fri & Sat) :( Another bummer was that I had my adult kids over for Father's day and they wanted to play ping-pong, but I realized that if the office isn't open then there is no way to get into the back room to play!! I felt foolish telling them that I had no way to get in to play because the office was closed! Otherwise other amenities, like the pool, are great! :) Love the flavored water station!
Had some issues moving in with cleaned apartment and fixing that, but the staff was very helpful and was able to fix the problem and make us feel better.
It’s a cool place to live in with lots of amenities and a quiet yet fun community! The gym and pool are well maintained and would definitely recommend the pickle ball court.
Love the size of the 1bd and 2 bd floorplans. One of the largest pools and gyms I've experienced renting. Convenient to both Downtown Raleigh and Cary.
So far I really like the apartment and the community. The staff has been responsive and a pleasure to work with and the amenities are excellent. The Amazon lockers are a Godsend. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating. Is that although the apartment appeared to be clean when I moved in, it was actually quite dirty and valet trash pickup is a joke.
The staff is great! They have a playground right there which is wonderful for my almost 2 year old who also gets to enjoy the pool in the summer! We love it
We really like 403 West so far, the leasing staff is wonderful, specifically Kaitlyn! The amenities are incredible and always clean, and the community feels so welcoming.

Okay amenities and close to campus. Great front office staff with limited resources but no policy enforcement, low security, and poor problem resolution.
Nice pool, gym and front office, buildings need a lot of maintenance, trains passing by make the buildings shake, and make a lot of noise, pet friendly.
It is overall a nice place to live with a few tweaks here and there but I have overall enjoyed myself
I can not stress enough how amazing the staff has been at 403 West. This is the best place I have lived so far. Kaitlyn, 403 West leasing agent, has been super helpful throughout this process and Zig, 403 West maintenance, has responded promptly to maintenance needs and is super kind.
I’ve loved living here so far! Maintenance responds fast to come fix any issues, and there are plenty of amenities; which is something I was looking for!
403 West offers great floor plans with a very attentive front desk and maintenance staff! The amenities are also great and the location is perfect for people who want to live close to downtown but not where it's too loud.

Great location and space for the price. I’m less than 10 minutes from Centennial Campus and extremely close to any kind of shopping, parks. Would recommend leasing here to anyone.

I would not recommend this apartment at its current price. It needs a lot of improvement To make it worth the price. Staff did what they could and while there were mistakes it seemed also due to a lack of staff which is not their fault. Some of the issues were cosmetic and just disappointing, while others are legitimate health/safety concerns. Despite the “renovation” there is a lot of work to be done.
This is a cheap apartment for a reason. They have no communication with there residents. It's been a year of being a grey star company and nothing has improved. They are so worried about exterior looks that they forget to care for there current residence.
