A private driveway and shed are also added accommodations for you to make this transition to your next home. Qualifications are: *Income must be at least 3x the rent amount and we need the most recent 3 months' pay stubs or proof of employment. *We do a criminal and background check. *Credit Check. *Landlord reference. *No felonies, current, and past evictions within the last 5 years. Pets are welcome with a one-time added deposit of $200 per dog and $100 per cat (limit 2 pets per property) The non-refundable application fee is $50 per applicant over the age of 18 (We require ALL occupants over the age of 18 to be leaseholders) The resident handles gas, electricity, water, and trash removal and is also responsible for supplying and maintaining their appliances.
