boiler system sucks, cleanliness is a big problem..

First of all, their so called renovated apartment, bathroom and kitchen is a total disaster, Their hot water and heating system has a huge problem, turn on hot water to shower and cold water just run through for over 20 min, Super never mops the hallways, hallways stinks, garbage packed in hallways, dirty stinky old scary elevator.. Guys never rent here if you want to live a healthy place... Also there’s nothing like smoke free whiles the third floor hallway smells weed!!!
