About This Property
Bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath place Cost per month $1350 867 Sq. Ft total in the place, there’s a balcony too. Washer and dryer in-unit (no quarter runs or lugging to the laundromat). Dishwasher (the lazy luxury). Storage room in garage below apartment that’s pretty big. Your room dimensions: the room is 10.5x10.6 feet the door and window walls being the longer of the four. Took the measurement of the window, it's 44 inches tall to the blinds container (? don't know what to call that) by 93 inches wide interior edge to interior edge and about 4 feet off the ground. Bedroom in North Park apartment, 2 blocks off bars on 30th, equidistant to Vons. Comes with common use smart TV, Xbox, robotic vacuuming services (aka off-brand roomba), in room fan and built-in dresser so no need to lug a dresser or buy one if you’re new to town. On street parking and two portable AC Units. Growing family of plants and very welcoming of new additions. Kitchen has most everything you’d need to use and you’re more than welcome to provided you clean up after use. About me: 36 years old, fairly well established but I like to cut loose now and again. I wake up and work around 6:30 but I am insanely quiet about it (my earliest meeting is 7:30 AM). I usually pass out around 10-11. Surfer! If you’re looking to get into the hobby I’ve got a spare board and I’m always happy to go after work.Hockey player as well, so there will be gear on the balcony sometimes drying out, some smell there...sorry. Soccer fan too! Liverpool is my favourite team but I have sympathies for a variety of teams and collect jerseys. I host occasionally stuff like DnD or PowerPoint parties but that’s something I’d clearly give you a heads up with a few days notice. It would be cool if we were friendly but if you just need a place to crash and want to do your own thing and pay the rent on time, that’s totally fine. 1 cat, the one eyed wonder named Eyeleen. Dog and cat friendly, smaller are better obviously given the size of the place and a pet deposit would be needed but no pet rent because that’s dumb and they don’t have jobs. Dad sense of humor, see above ^^ Need a rec on the next thing to watch? I’ve got you. I love movies and TV. You'll hear something going in my room almost all the time unless I have my headphones on. Comes with subscriptions to: Amazon Prime, Hulu (sans ads), Peacock, and Max. Also wild internet pirate so if there’s something you want to watch I can probably find you a copy. Excellent hype man and finder of quality memes.
