Fees paid by owner. - Tenant responsible for all utilities - Tenant responsible for $10.00 monthly Utility Reduction Fee (non negotiable) - Tenant's must obtain and maintain Renter's insurance and Liability Coverage of $100,000.00 covering all named parties on agreement over age of 18.
