Great First Apartment!
My boyfriend and I moved into a lovely one bedroom in this building about 7 months ago in January, 2019. The property manager Sarah has been nothing but helpful and professional! Our rent is a VERY fair price compared to the current rates in the city and the only issue we’ve had in the 7 months we’ve been here is one rude neighbor out of the whole building of people, which is to be expected. There is coin op laundry on the first floor as well as plenty of off street parking to choose from in the huge lot. I can’t say enough good things about this place and we plan on renewing the lease again this year. It’s a wonderful first apartment and a great building to live in overall.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
poor maintenance, drug infested, nothing is ever fixed appropriately, not up to code. Owner has done nothing to improve. laundry room filthy with needles falling out of washers/dryers, mold in hallways, as well as in washers and dryers. Extreme draw. Police there almost on a daily basis. Building Manager does not meet standards to keeping up with codes of the building.

poor maintenance ,unclean laundry room,washers dryers. dryers have had puddles of water in them. i am stuck,can't afford to move ,on section 8
