A short (5 minute) drive to the on-ramp of several highways makes commuting a breeze. Also due to the location of the duplex, there are several backroads and short cuts to make driving a more pleasant experience. If you work or travel to downtown Seattle, then you can hop on the Sounder Train and get there in no time. An Electric Vehicle (EV) parking spot with charger is available upon request. The box is not presently hooked up but can be hooked up for a tenant if required. The unit comes with one driveway parking spot and one additional car may be street parked. We ask that tenants not have more than two permanent vehicles at this unit. Rent is $1800 for a single occupant and $1825 for two people.
